Communicate the symptoms of an acute asthma attack to the US and European medical profession through video and experiential media

Mario Grattarola delivered creative and technical direction for this collaborative 3D filming project with Photosound Communications, a major creative agency working across the pharma industry. Mario’s expertise was central to the creation of a highly effective 4D experience combining 3D and CGi sequences with physical sensation in a viewing ‘pod’. Users watched and felt the severe effects of asthma on the everyday life of a young housewife with children in a series of cameo scenes., reaching medical professionals in a profound way not possible through the normal patient consultation process.
